^* Rates in EUR are for information only. For payment by bank transfer, the exact amount in EUR depends on the currency rate at the time of issuing invoice.

Registration fee for regular participants and students covers copy of the book of abstract, welcome party on Sunday 3^rd, all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks during the conference, gala dinner on Wednesday 6^th, excursion to Međimurje on Tuesday 5^th afternoon, VAT. Registration fee for accompanying person excludes admission to the scientific sessions, congress material and coffee breaks.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent to the technical organizer PBZ Card Ltd. travel@pbzcard.hr in written form. Refund will be made after the event according to the next policy:

cancellation before and on 1^st August 2017: 50% refund
cancellation after 1^st August, 2017: no refund

Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.

Visa requirements for Croatia

An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries (e.g., visa applications) can be sent upon request. Invitation letters can only be issued for participants who:

have registered
paid the registration fee (complete refunding in case the visa application should fail except bank cost)

It must be clearly understood that such letters do not cover any fees or other financial support.

Liability

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 7^th Central European Symposium on Plasma Chemistry. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
